This program is specifically designed by PregnancyDost for the New Moms. We Provide special counselling on diet along with the fitness class. The routines in this program induce Happy Hormones (Endorphin to be precise) in the Moms. That helps new moms get the Positive Emotional boost to cope with the challenges of parenting and life.
PregnancyDostWay Gentle Postnatal Class is perfect for any Mom who wants to get back in the shape same as before the pregnancy.

When can I join?
When Can I join this program?
You can join this program as soon as 3 months after the delivery to as late as and when you feel you are ready to shed that pregnancy induced weight. (there is never too late to start working on this goal.)
This class meets – Monday to Friday – 5 days a week from 4pm to 5pm at PregnancyDost, Vastrapur center.
Internationally Certified Fitness & Yoga Trainer personally teaches this class.
Our dynamic and energetic trainer is mother herself, and also an certified Nutritionist. She is highly experienced with floor exercises, stepper, gym ball, weight training, aerobics, yoga,meditation, stretching and reduction of belly fat with over all body fitness; losing weight and inches both.
